HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

We have taken care to offer you the simplest possible reservations service for our GFD Travels Service Co., Ltd. Efficient and economical administration is an important part of our commitment to service. Just ask your agent to contact us with your requests and we will give immediate answers and booking options on the tour(s) offered to you.

NO NEED DEPOSIT, PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL!

All rates quoted are in US$ at the time of Booking! Prices can be negotiable direct with us (GFD). Credit Card and cheque payment are not accepted in Myanmar at most rates or at any bank. Only a few hotels can accept credit cards. Therefore, travelers should bring cash for all expenses.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

No refund, either in part of full, will be made for unused air tickets, ground transportation, meals and accommodation or sightseeing tours not taken.

AMENDMENT FEE

An amendment fee of USD 10 (or equivalent) per amendment will be charged for any alteration in the land package contents upon confirmation during tour.

EXTENSION OF STAY/RETURN FLIGHT

An extension of stay at the end of the tour is permitted, subjected to the maximum validity and restrictions of the air ticket (applicable to booking with airfare included as part of the tour fare). An additional charge imposed by the airlines or tour operators will be borne by tour member. Flight and Accommodation reservations during your extended stay should be made prior to the commencement of the tour. Extensions are at your own expense and transfers will not be provided.

ITINERARY CHANGES

Airline’s schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and routing. Should this occur, The Company shall endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.

RIGHT TO REJECT

The Company reserves the right to decline acceptance or to retain any member as a member of the tour if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour.

MEALS/HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Meals will be provided as specified in the tour itinerary. Accommodations used as reflected in the brochures. In the event that accommodation selected is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another hotel of similar standard. Unless specially mentioned, all rooms will be a “run-of-house” basic.

SPECIAL REQUEST

If there be any special request regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms etc, feel free to inform us upon booking. Such requests are subject to confirmation and availability. Please confirm you requests with our office at least 7 days prior to departure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

GFD acts as agent for the companies, providing accommodations, transfers & transportations, guide service and other service assure no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss of damages to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provided or severe weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other natural calamities beyond their control. However, GFD Travels & Tours always makes full endeavors to comply with the original tour programs and arrangements.
